Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to drive growth and strategic partnerships for Aries Markets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Aries Markets, building meaningful relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the DeFi and crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships to expand the Aries Markets’ connection.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Source and onboard key partners, including institutional , KOLs, and projects
• Maintain relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and mutual growth.
• Develop proposals and lead negotiations to establish beneficial agreements with partners.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in DeFi and related sectors, identifying emerging opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor the impact of business development initiatives, assess KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BD, with a strong focus on marketing in the crypto or DeFi space.
• Proven track record of establishing successful partnerships and driving measurable growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
